UrbanMeter is a research and discovery platform for real estate localities, projects, and builders. We publish independent locality research and let verified builders list projects. UrbanMeter is not a real estate broker or agent, is not a party to any transaction between you and a builder, and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any project, price, or listing shown on the platform.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't misrepresent yourself or a business you don't have authority to represent.
• Don't scrape, copy, or redistribute research content or the platform's data without permission.
• Don't attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Don't submit false or misleading builder, project, or contact information.

5. Builder-submitted content

Project details, pricing, and media shown for a builder are submitted by that builder. Builder verification confirms identity and profile completeness — it is not a guarantee or endorsement of any specific project, price, or delivery timeline. Always confirm project details directly with the builder before making a decision.

6. Intellectual property

Locality research, scores, and platform content published by UrbanMeter belong to us. You may view and use them for personal, non-commercial research; you may not republish or redistribute them without our permission.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

UrbanMeter is provided "as is." We work to keep research and listings accurate, but real estate information changes — always independently verify anything material to a purchase decision. To the extent permitted by law, UrbanMeter is not liable for decisions made based on information shown on the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
